Stu Williams

Based in Boston, Stu leads IDR’s business development team and is responsible for spearheading our growth and expansion in North America.

 Stu has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services sector with a focus on building and developing client relationships. After training initially at IBM Corporation he crossed into retail and institutional asset management where he held senior positions at State Street and Deutsche Bank. Stu has spent the last 10 working with global private markets fund managers and their investors, most recently with Nasdaq. He has a broad knowledge of the needs of fund managers, with a specific interest in capital formation and client onboarding.

Stu holds an MS in Analytics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and completed his undergraduate education at Hamilton College. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and skiing.
